About – Kári is a born and raised in Reykjavik Iceland. Since he was 12 years old he’s been in the scouts that inspired his love for exploring nature and the great outdoors. He also worked as a hut warden for a year in one of the huts in Hellisheiði. He speaks fluent English and German and his main interests are jeeps, nature, ICE-SAR and hiking. He’s also a big biking and running enthusiast and has run the Laugarvegurinn ultra maraþon a few times.
Driving – Kári is also a proud member of ICE-SAR (Icelandic Association for Search and Rescue) since he was 17 years old. He is a part af the international unit and was part of the group that went to Haiti.
His experience with ICE-SAR has given him extensive knowledge of Iceland and it’s conditions year round. This knowledge is put to good use when he’s driving around.
