About – Halldór Kolbeins has been working as a professional photographer in Iceland for well over two decades, where he has travelled intensively to each and every corner to capture Iceland ́s breath-taking landscapes.
He has a deep admiration for the ever changing nature comes as a natural thing to his since he grew up in northern and west Iceland, where the sunsets where intense and the northern lights totally unspoiled from the city lights. He fells that
travel and photography is his calling.

Photography – Over the years he has had the pleasure of intruducing large list of media as well as leisure travellers to Iceland, including major media names like National Geographic.
Today he mostly works for Agence France-Presse (AFP) in Iceland as well as a guide in workshops and other tours.
