About – Olgeir Andrésson is a native Icelander, who loves fishing as well as photography, born January 17th, 1956 in Reykjavik. He now lives on the Reykjanes peninsula in the town of Reykjanesbaer. Olgeir runs Workshops & Day photo tours for Arctic Exposure.
Photography – He has held private exhibitions and has participated in and won competitions home and abroad. Among prizes is the photographer of the year in the Danish Zoom Magazine. His work has been shown on Times Square in NY by Kodak. In 2010 his book “Northern Lights in Iceland” was published in English & German, showcasing some of the best of his of work and in 2013, the Icelandic Post office published stamps with some of his northern light photos.
