Born and raised under the bright skies of California, Cody Duncan has spent the last decade immersed in the rugged beauty of Northern Europe. His travels have been deeply shaped by the region’s dramatic landscapes, ever-changing weather, rich history, and unique culture — all of which continue to inspire his work. Now based in Lofoten, Norway, Cody is fully focused on long-term photography projects, carving out a niche as an expert on everything the North has to offer. With every shot, he captures the untamed essence of the northern world.

In addition to his photography, Cody Duncan has developed a strong passion for writing about the places he visits. This has led to the publication of three guidebooks on Norway’s Lofoten Islands and numerous articles in prestigious magazines.
