Hunt for the Wild Arctic Fox — Iceland’s Most Elusive Resident

Deep in the untouched wilderness of Iceland, one of the world’s most resilient and captivating animals roams freely — the Arctic fox. On this exclusive private day tour, you’ll venture off the beaten path and into the raw, dramatic landscapes that these remarkable creatures call home. This isn’t a zoo or a guided walk through a tourist trail — this is a real wildlife adventure into the heart of Icelandic nature.

Led by our expert local guides who know the land and its wildlife intimately, you’ll track Arctic foxes in their natural habitat, watching them hunt, play, and navigate Iceland’s stunning terrain. Our guides’ deep knowledge of fox behavior and their favorite haunts gives you the best possible chance of an unforgettable, up-close encounter. Every tour is private, meaning the experience is tailored entirely to you — at your pace, on your terms.

Iceland’s wilderness is breathtaking in every season, and seeing it through the eyes of a seasoned local guide adds a layer of magic that no guidebook can replicate. Whether the foxes appear against a snowy winter landscape or the vibrant greens of summer, witnessing these beautiful animals in the wild is an experience that will stay with you long after you’ve returned home.
